JTI Representative Office in Georgia is announcing an opening for the position of Field Promoter based in Tbilisi.
Under the supervision of the Field Promoter Supervisor and in line with the global, regional directions and standards as well as corporate objectives, the incumbent will perform the following responsibilities:
- Present the company, its brands and projects;
- Participate in developing the routes and ensure effective coverage of the assigned territory;
- Control installation/condition/location of the company equipment and POSM in outlets;
- Provide the outlet personnel/customers with the new information regarding any campaigns the company may carry;
- Keep an eye on customer demands and inform relevant employee of the company regarding the requirement or occurring problems;
- Control/maintain the stock and prices of the products in place;
-Provide weekly reporting on stock by brands, prices and expected orders;
-Keep/update databases and forms according to current requirements of the company.
- Attract key target consumers;
- Perform any other tasks given by the direct and functional manager.
Requirements:
-Preferably university degree in Economics or Marketing
- Mandatory: Valid driving license and minimum 3 years of driving experience;
- Mandatory: minimum 1 year experience of work in a similar position;
- Good written and spoken Russian;
- Computer literacy would be a plus;
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
- Self-starter, fast learner, self-organized, young and disciplined, open-minded, energetic, pushing results, flexible, accurate.
