Under Education Management Project, Chemonics International is looking for a qualified company and/or a team of professionals to create five 3 to 5 minute videos of project activities.
Duration: Starting from February 2012, the contractor will work part-time, on an on-call basis. Compensation will be based on fixed price contract terms.
Tasks include:
- With guidance from the assigned project staff, the contractor shall review the draft scripts, background materials and will finalize the scripts of four project component specific videos and one project consolidated video.
-As per the approved scripts, the contractor shall film activities, project events and interviews during the period of February through April 2012.
-Using the background materials (available photos, graphics) and recent films, the contractor shall edit those to create four 3-5 minute project component videos and one 3-5 project consolidated video. The language for text messages shall be in both English and Georgian. Translation for interviews shall be sub-titled in English or Georgian, as required. Editing and finalization of five videos shall be completed by May 15.
Qualifications: Proven record of successful experience in design and creation of videos, commercials and clips. Availability of on-call professional camera operator to film project activities and interviews throughout April 2012.
